Bail

The present Bail Petition is filed seeking the gracious indulgence of this Hon’ble Court to grant bail to the petitioner, who has been falsely implicated and is currently in judicial custody. The petition submits that the allegations are exaggerated, unsupported by credible evidence, and the continued detention of the petitioner serves no lawful purpose. It is further stated that the investigation is substantially complete, and no recovery remains pending from the petitioner. The petitioner has deep roots in society, poses no flight risk, and undertakes to cooperate with the investigation and trial. The continued incarceration violates the petitioner’s fundamental rights under Articles 21 and 22 of the Constitution. It is also emphasized that bail is the rule and jail is the exception, especially when no prima facie case of serious wrongdoing is established. Through this Bail Petition, the petitioner respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court enlarge the petitioner on bail, subject to appropriate conditions, in the interest of justice, fairness, and personal liberty.
