Our Special Leave Petition (SLP) aims to address substantial questions of law and correct grave injustices arising from the impugned judgment, which contains major legal and factual errors. We seek the Supreme Court’s intervention to ensure fairness, uphold constitutional principles, and prevent any miscarriage of justice caused by the flawed reasoning of the lower court. This petition highlights several legal errors, procedural lapses, and violations of fundamental rights that demand urgent consideration. It further points out that the court below failed to properly appreciate the evidence, overlooked settled principles of law, and delivered findings that are arbitrary and unsustainable. Through this SLP, we respectfully request the Hon’ble Court to set aside the impugned judgment, grant suitable relief, and ensure that justice is restored in accordance with law and the principles of natural justice.
