Our Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeks the intervention of the Hon’ble Supreme Court to address issues of substantial public importance and to correct grave injustices that adversely affect the rights and welfare of the public at large. This petition brings to light serious legal shortcomings, administrative failures, and violations of constitutional principles that demand urgent judicial attention. It highlights procedural lapses, arbitrary actions, and systemic irregularities that have resulted in the denial of basic rights guaranteed under the Constitution. The petition further underscores how the concerned authorities failed to perform their statutory duties, ignored material facts, and acted in a manner contrary to law, thereby affecting citizens collectively. Through this PIL, we respectfully request the Hon’ble Court to issue appropriate directions, rectify the systemic failures, ensure accountability, and protect the public’s fundamental rights in accordance with law and the principles of natural justice.
