Our Original Application before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) seeks redress against the arbitrary, illegal, and unjust actions of the concerned department, which have resulted in serious prejudice to the applicant’s service rights. The impugned decision suffers from legal and factual errors, violates established service rules, and disregards principles of fairness and natural justice. The authorities failed to follow due process, ignored relevant records, and acted in a manner that is discriminatory and unreasonable. The petition highlights procedural lapses, misuse of administrative power, and non-compliance with statutory provisions governing the applicant’s employment. These actions have directly affected the applicant’s legitimate expectations, career prospects, and constitutional rights under Articles 14 and 16. Through this application, the applicant respectfully prays that the Hon’ble Tribunal set aside the impugned order, issue appropriate directions, and ensure that justice is delivered in accordance with law, equity, and established service jurisprudence.
