Rape

This complaint is filed seeking appropriate legal action for the grave offence of rape punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. The accused has attempted to evade responsibility and influence the proceedings, which further necessitates urgent judicial intervention. The incident has caused deep distress and fear in the victim’s life and the community. Therefore, the complainant respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court take cognizance of the offence, direct a fair and speedy investigation, ensure protection of the victim, and proceed against the accused in accordance with law to secure justice.
