Murder

This complaint is filed seeking appropriate legal action in connection with the alleged offence of murder punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The incident has caused severe fear, insecurity, and public disturbance in the locality. The complainant submits that the available evidence, witness statements, and surrounding circumstances strongly indicate the direct involvement of the accused in the commission of the offence. It is further stated that the accused attempted to mislead the authorities and evade responsibility. The act constitutes a grave crime against society and demands immediate investigation. Therefore, the complainant respectfully prays that the Hon’ble Court take cognizance of the offence, direct proper investigation, summon the accused, and ensure that justice is delivered in accordance with law and due process.
